ChunkyBits is designed with privacy in mind. The App:

• Does not collect or store your photos on any server
• Processes all images entirely on your device

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Photos or images you process with the App
• Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
• Location data
• Device contacts or any other device data beyond what is necessary to run the App

Information Collected by Third Parties

ChunkyBits uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. If you make a purchase, RevenueCat may collect certain information as part of the transaction process, including:

• A device identifier or app user ID (anonymised)
• Purchase history and subscription status
• App Store or Google Play transaction data

Payment information (such as credit card details) is handled entirely by Apple or Google through their respective app stores. We never receive or store your payment details.

Analytics

ChunkyBits does not use any analytics or crash reporting services. We do not track your in-app behaviour or usage patterns.

The App may request access to your device's photo library solely to allow you to select images for processing. We do not access, copy, or transmit your photos. All processing happens locally on your device.

Children's Privacy

ChunkyBits is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address the matter.

Data Security

Since ChunkyBits does not collect or store your personal data on our servers, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information through our App is minimal. Your photos remain on your device at all times.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is generally no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you have any concerns about data collected by RevenueCat in connection with your purchases, you may contact RevenueCat directly.
